At PULSO Indoor, we meet in a calm and intimate studio in Anjos, designed for small groups (max 6 people). It’s a space to move, breathe, and connect, not only with your body, but also with others who share the same energy and mindset.

She always say « hate me now, thank me later »…And its true ! I hate her during the class (deep down I absolutely love it) but when I see how I good I feel in my body, and how fast my abs are developing, I’m very impressed and keep coming back ! She is honestly an amazing teacher : precise, clear, and she pushes you to your limits in a very gentle way! I didn’t know I could reach that level of fitness !
